Business Registration Documents (SSM)
For Sdn Bhd, you'll need the Form 9 / Section 17 (Certificate of Incorporation), Form 24 & 49 / Section 14 & 58, and Company Profile.
Bank Statements (Latest 6 Months)
Most lenders require at least 6 months of company bank statements to assess your cash flow, transaction consistency, and financial health. Separate accounts for business are preferred.
Financial Statements / Management Accounts
For Sdn Bhd, audited financial statements may be required if available. It gives lenders an overview of your company’s income, expenses, and profitability.
Director’s / Owner’s IC and Personal Bank Statements
For Sdn Bhd, all company directors must provide a copy of their MyKad/IC and latest 3–6 months personal bank statements.
Loan Purpose & Supporting Documents
